Registration and fees
Registration for the International Cancer Screening Network Conference 2027 is now open.
What is included in the registration fee?
Your registration includes:
- access to all conference sessions
- access to poster sessions
- catering during conference breaks and lunch each day
- welcome reception on 16 June
- complimentary wi-fi
- access to the conference app.
What is not included in the registration fee?
The conference dinner is not included in the registration fee. You can purchase a dinner ticket when you are registering.

Registration fees
*The early bird registration rate is available for delegates from low-income and lower-middle-income countries, based on the World Bank classification.
If you live in a country included in the World Bank LMIC Classification, please select the LMIC registration option when registering.
Payment
Payment is required when you register.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. All payments must be made in euro (€). All fees include VAT at the current applicable rate.
If you need to pay by bank transfer, an additional €25 (VAT exempt) administration fee will apply. Please request the invoice link by emailing icsn2027@conferencepartners.com.
If you pay by bank transfer, payment must be received within two weeks of the date on your invoice. If payment is not received within this period, additional charges may apply.
Terms and conditions
Payment policy
Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard. If you need to pay by bank transfer, a €25 (VAT exempt) administration fee will apply.
Payments should be made only to conference partners.
Bank transfer payments must be received within two weeks of the invoice date. Additional charges may apply if payment is received after this deadline.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations are subject to a €25 (VAT exempt) administration fee.
- Before 15 February 2027: 100% of the registration fee will be refunded
- 16 February to 16 April 2027: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
- from 17 April 2027 onwards: no refund will be available.
If you register but do not attend the conference, you will still be charged the full registration fee. Any outstanding balance must be paid.
Changes and substitutions
You can transfer your registration to another person at any time. A €25 (VAT exempt) administration fee will apply.
Request any changes, substitutions or cancellations in writing.

Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will be processed after the conference.
Any bank charges and administration fees will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellation of the conference
If the conference is cancelled, the organisers will not be responsible for any additional costs or losses you may incur, including travel, accommodation or other expenses. We recommend taking out suitable travel insurance when booking your travel and accommodation.
Photography, audio and video recording
Photography, audio recording and video recording will take place during the conference.
The conference organisers and their representatives may use the images and recordings for:
- news and reporting
- webcasts
- promotional materials
- advertising
- websites
- social media
- other conference-related purposes.
